Health Data Supplement
1. What this covers
Information you voluntarily enter into health-related screens (such as meals, macros, weight, or similar fields) may be stored with your account to display trends and insights in the app. Providing this information is optional unless a feature explicitly requires it.
2. Not medical advice
The Service does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated nutrition or health-related outputs (which may be produced using OpenAI models) are informational only. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.
3. Use and sharing
We use health-related inputs to power in-app features you request. We do not sell this information. We may process it with subprocessors listed in our Subprocessor disclosure (e.g. cloud hosting and, when you use AI features that incorporate nutrition or meal context, OpenAI’s API as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not share health inputs with advertisers for ad targeting.
4. Retention and deletion
Health-related data is retained while your account exists and you keep the data in the app, unless you delete it or delete your account. Account deletion flows may remove associated health rows subject to backup and legal retention limits described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your controls
You may stop entering health data at any time or remove entries where the app provides delete controls. For broader requests, contact admins@taste-labs.com.
